The operations that make up most weeks.
Reshaping the nose so it sits with the rest of the face rather than drawing attention away from it. Planned against your own proportions, not a template.
Repositioning the deeper layer of the face, not pulling the skin. The aim is that nobody can name what changed.
The smallest operation with the largest effect on how rested you look. Measured in millimetres and planned sitting up, not lying down.
A hairline is drawn once and lived with for decades. It is designed for the face it frames and for how it will age.
Before-and-after photographs are shown in consultation rather than published, out of respect for the people in them. See the full list of procedures
A face is not a collection of separate features to be corrected one at a time. Change a nose and the chin reads differently; lift a brow and the eyes look like someone else’s. So the planning is done on the whole face, sitting upright, in the light you actually live in.
That means some consultations end with a smaller operation than the one that was asked for, and some end with none at all. The measure of the work is not how much was done. It is whether you still look like yourself afterwards.

Ask what they operate on most weeks, and ask to see results on a face built like yours. A surgeon who narrows their work to a few procedures will usually do those few very well.
Mostly talking. What is bothering you, how long it has bothered you, and what you want to look like afterwards. Then an examination, photographs, and an honest answer about whether surgery is the right tool. Some people leave advised not to operate.
It is training in the bone and the structure underneath, not only the skin on top. The shape of a face is set by what is beneath it, so the planning starts there.
In consultation, yes. They are not published here. Patients who share their results do so for one surgeon to show one patient, not for a website.
